$250 Registration Fee, Plus by 6 Monthly Payments of $500
Service Description
The full package paid over the full 6 months includes a registration fee of $250, followed by monthly installments (due the first of each month) of $500. Your 6-month journey starts on the date of your intake. You are required to schedule your intake within 2 weeks of registration. The twice-monthly sessions will be scheduled separately following the intake and based on our mutual availability. I can't wait to meet you and get started!
Cancellation Policy
Your registration fee of $250 is due immediately, along with payment of $500 for the first month. The card on file will then be charged $500 on the first of every month for the next 5 months. Your 6-month program then starts on the day of your registration. The program accepts rescheduling of booked sessions with 48 hours notice. The program does not accept cancellations. Meaning, in the event that you're unable to complete the program in the 6 month timeframe initiated by your registration date, every attempt will be made to enroll you in a month that accommodates the change in your availability. Refunds will NOT be provided unless extreme circumstances exist and will be evaluated under the discretion of the AFFIRM Program leadership.
