It's hard work being a parent, and no one should have to do it alone. My coaching services are designed to provide a compassionate and confidential space for you to explore your questions, process your emotions, and gain the clarity and confidence you need to become a fierce advocate for your child's well-being and identity.

While I specialize in supporting families with gender-diverse children, my approach helps any parent build a more confident and joyful family life. I have been working with families from diverse backgrounds for over 20 years. As a licensed therapist and a mom, I offer a unique blend of professional expertise and personal insight.
How We Can Work Together
One-Time Parent Consultation
Get immediate support by addressing your specific parenting questions in a single session. We'll use a brief family questionnaire to get to the heart of the issue, and I'll provide you with actionable strategies to address your concern. Additionally, I’ll suggest resources to support your family's ongoing emotional health. All of my work is grounded in a gender-affirming, culturally sensitive, and bias-aware approach.
Parent Coaching
My personalized, long-term support is designed to address your family's specific challenges. Typical components of coaching include a child development overview (including gender and identity development), as well as communication and regulation skills training. I require a minimum of 4 sessions and will work with you to determine the best plan to meet your needs. All of my work is grounded in a gender-affirming, culturally sensitive, and bias-aware approach.
A Note About Fees
As a coach, I am not working in the role of therapist but instead supporting you as a teacher and consultant. Coaching is not intended to be a replacement for clinical support. Additionally, I do not identify a patient or determine a diagnosis. For these reasons, my coaching services are not eligible for reimbursement by insurance plans.
