Therapy for Kids

Empowering Your Kid to Live

Their Most Authentic Life

It's a gift to see your child blossom into their most authentic self, but it can also bring unique challenges. You might feel uncertain about how to support them best, especially with complex topics like gender and sexual identity. My therapy services for minors are designed to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for your child to explore their identity, build self-confidence, establish coping strategies, and navigate the emotional journey of growing up in a complex world.

How We Can Work Together

I offer therapy to children and teens starting from the age 8, adapting my approach to meet their unique developmental stage.

Play Therapy (For Younger Children)

I use play as a way to help younger children, ages 8 -10, communicate their feelings, process experiences, and develop coping skills. In our sessions, your child can use toys, games, and art to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe and supportive environment.

Tween/Teen Therapy

For this age group, I use an approach that combines traditional talk therapy with creative and expressive techniques. This helps tweens and teens, ages 10 -17, navigate complex feelings, build communication skills, and strengthen their sense of self.

What We Can Address

Our work together can help your child navigate the emotional challenges of identity development, cope with peer relationships and social pressures, build resiliency skills and healthy communication strategies, and strengthen family bonds.
