I am trained as a clinical social worker and have been a clinician in private practice in the Metrowest Boston area since 2010. Through play, talk and humor, I help anxious kids, teens and parents gain insight and empowerment. In addition, as the parent of a nonbinary teen, I have both personal and professional experience supporting trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive youth and adults live their most confidently authentic lives.

I view my clients as the experts of their own experience. My role is to listen and facilitate your journey to improve the quality of your own life. I am a cis, hetero, married, mom of two working in an office located on the stolen lands of the Pawtucket tribe of MA.

I obtained my B.A. from Truman State University (MO) and my M.S.W. from Smith College School for Social Work (MA). I worked on both coasts and London, England prior to starting my own business.

Outside of the office, you can find me on my yoga mat, hiking a trail with my family, or enjoying a coffee in a favorite cafe.

Where you can find me:

I see clients in person and virtually. Because of the nature of the work, I meet with kids under the age of 12 exclusively in person. I hold licensure to practice in MA, RI, and VT. In addition, I provide parent coaching and gender diversity consultation to parents and other professionals virtually anywhere.
